We are looking for a Guest Relation Officers to handle student and parent enquiries, provide information about study abroad programs, and ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle student and parent enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and online channels.

Provide information on courses, universities, countries, and admission processes.

Coordinate with counsellors and internal teams for smooth student support.

Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

Assist students with documentation and application-related queries.

Maintain enquiry records and provide timely updates.

Ensure excellent customer service and support branch activities.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in customer service, front office, counselling, or a related field.





Experience in the Study Abroad / Overseas Education industry is preferred.

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
