Guest Relations Executive

Glass Onion Therapyis a boutique therapy centre offering individual therapy, support groups, and community events.

We’re looking for a warm, organised, and people-oriented Guest Relations Executive to be the first point of contact for our clients and help keep the centre running smoothly.

What you’ll do
Be the first point of contact for clients, both in person and over calls/WhatsApp.
Manage client communication, appointments, scheduling, and queries.
Coordinate therapists’ calendars and day-to-day schedules.
Ensure clients feel welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of.
Keep the centre clean, organised, and ready for clients.
Coordinate with therapists and the internal team on day-to-day requirements.
Support the smooth functioning of support groups, community events, and other centre activities.

Warm, friendly, and naturally hospitable.




Robust communication and organisational skills.
Comfortable multitasking and handling people-facing responsibilities.
Proactive, attentive to detail, and valuable at taking ownership.
Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, customer experience, clinics, wellness, or similar roles is a plus.

Working Days: Tuesday-Sunday

Weekly Off: Monday

Working Hours: 8 AM-8 PM, with shifts discussed accordingly.

This isn’t a traditional front-desk role, it’s a hospitality-focused position centred around creating a warm, thoughtful client experience while ensuring the centre runs smoothly day to day.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
