Job Purpose To support and execute all HR operational activities including recruitment, onboarding, attendance and payroll administration, statutory compliance, audits, employee records management, employee welfare initiatives, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws and organizational policies.

Educational Qualification
Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.

Experience
3 to 6 years of experience in HR

Knowledge & Skills
Knowledge of Indian labour laws, PF, ESIC, Payment of Bonus, Gratuity, etc.
Understanding of attendance management.
Recruitment and interviewing skills.
Working knowledge of HRMS and biometric attendance systems.
Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
