Location: Assagao, North Goa

We are looking for a Guest Relations Manager to join our team at our luxury private villas- in Assagao owned by Mayaland Homes Goa.

The role involves ensuring a warm, personalised and seamless experience for our guests throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out.
Be the main point of contact for guest requests and requirements.
Coordinate with the chef, housekeeping, butler and villa team.
Handle guest queries, special requests and arrangements.
Assist with restaurant reservations, transport, activities and local experiences.
Ensure the villa is well presented and guest-ready at all times.
Follow up on guest requests and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
Maintain high standards of hospitality, service and guest satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality, luxury villas,



hotels or guest relations preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Warm, confident and well-presented personality.
Solid organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proactive, attentive to detail and service-oriented.
Positive knowledge of North Goa is an advantage.
Comfortable communicating with guests through WhatsApp and phone.
Positive spoken English is essential.

Experience: 3+ years preferred

Location: Assagao, North Goa

Salary: Commensurate with experience
