Role & responsibilities
Lead and drive end-to-end manufacturing operations across multiple plants
Deliver business targets relating to production, productivity, OEE, quality, cost and delivery.
Drive operational excellence, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, environmental and customer-specific requirements.
Partner closely with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, R&D; and Business teams to ensure seamless customer deliveries.
Lead capacity planning, manufacturing strategy, automation and technology-upgradation initiatives.
Develop and implement standardized manufacturing processes, systems and best practices across facilities.
Drive cost optimization and productivity improvement without compromising quality or customer commitments.
Lead operational transformation initiatives aligned with the company's growth and expansion plans.
Ensure solid focus on customer satisfaction, delivery adherence and zero-defect manufacturing.
