We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead hotel sales activities, develop business opportunities, and achieve revenue targets. The candidate should have relevant experience in hotel sales and a robust understanding of the hospitality market.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute hotel sales strategies
Generate corporate, MICE, group, and other business opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Manage key accounts and corporate partnerships
Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Coordinate with Revenue, Front Office, F&B;, and other departments
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business plans

Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Sales, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of relevant hotel sales experience
Proven experience in corporate and institutional sales
Valuable communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Robust client relationship and business development abilities

Salary: As per industry standards Work Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
