NS Ventures is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team and support end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization.
The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to identify and engage with relevant candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
Key Responsibilities
Understand hiring requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Review applications, shortlist relevant profiles, and conduct initial screening calls.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal teams.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
Assist with salary discussions, offer coordination, and joining formalities.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Follow up with selected candidates to ensure a smooth joining process.
Support the HR team with other recruitment-related activities when required.
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
6 months–1 year of recruitment experience is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in recruitment can also apply.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with job portals, and basic recruitment tools.
Solid candidate follow-up and coordination skills.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple requirements.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned hiring tasks.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
