Clean, sanitize, and service assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, and balconies according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Make beds, change bed linens, and replace used towels.
Dust furniture, polish surfaces, vacuum carpets, and mop floors.
Restock room amenities, toiletries, and minibar supplies.
Maintain public areas, corridors, and service pantries
Respond professionally to guest requests for extra towels, pillows, or amenities.
Follow strict health, safety, and chemical handling guidelines.
Report any safety hazards or security concerns immediately to management
Log maintenance issues, broken fixtures, or missing room items directly into the IDS system for tracking and dispatching repair teams.
Record lost and found items into the system with exact room numbers, dates, and descriptions
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
