Role & responsibilities
Manage recruitment for Plant and Sales positions.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Data Bank)and local networks/ITIs for plant hiring.
Screen resumes and coordinate technical interviews with department heads.
Maintain recruitment trackers/MIS.
Handle salary negotiation, offer rollout, and pre-onboarding formalities.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for recurring/high-volume roles.
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per TAT (turnaround time).
Conduct reference checks and background verification.
Conduct onboarding and induction coordination.
