We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our People & Culture team. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in end-to-end recruitment, with the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and deliver quality closures within timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across Retail, Sales, and Corporate functions.
Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring needs.
Drive bulk hiring and critical position closures within defined timelines.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, internal databases, and other channels.
Conduct HR interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds with relevant stakeholders.
Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, MIS, and hiring trackers.
Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and recruitment drives.




Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience in Retail, Sales, and volume/bulk hiring will be preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or MBA in HR / Human Resources or a related field.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple requirements, and meet hiring deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office, ATS, and recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
