We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter with solid expertise in end-to-end recruitment, Sales hiring, and team coordination .
KEY RESONSIBILITES
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales and other business requirements.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Handle Sales and bulk hiring requirements.
Manage salary discussions, offer rollout, and pre-joining follow-ups.
Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Coordinate and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and candidate databases .
Coordinate with Sales/Business teams and hiring managers for manpower requirements.
