Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The primary responsibility of this role will be recruitment and talent acquisition, along with supporting day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
Coordinate documentation and pre-joining formalities.
Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.




Support other HR activities and administrative tasks as required.
Maintain recruitment reports and provide regular updates on hiring status.

Requirements
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment/HR, preferably in the logistics, freight forwarding, or Warehouse industry.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment practices and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Office/Excel.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
