Role Description

We are seeking a agile HR Associate to primarily drive non-IT recruitment activities while supporting day-to-day HR operations. The role involves managing high-volume hiring, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring smooth HR processes. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, organized, and capable of handling multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

Qualifications




Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
Post job openings on portals, social media, and internal platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability
Handle offer rollouts, negotiation, and onboarding coordination
Ensure achievement of weekly/monthly hiring targets
Assist in onboarding and documentation of current employees
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes
Assist in drafting HR letters (offer, appointment, warning, etc.)
Ensure compliance with company policies and basic labor regulations
Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
