Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/online interviews.

Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, offers, and joining formalities.

Handle end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and consulting/corporate positions.

Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.





Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment MIS in Keka HRMS.

Track recruitment status, interview feedback, offers, and joining.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

0–2 years of recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience; freshers with relevant internship experience may be considered.

Basic knowledge of sourcing, screening, and recruitment processes.

Good communication, coordination, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, MS Office, and Keka HRMS.
Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced workplace.
