Micromatic Grinding Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced CNC-HMC Machine Operator to join our permanent production team at our Gajraula manufacturing facility.

Role Details
Position: CNC-HMC Machine Operator
Department: Production
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years
Location: Gajraula, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: Best in industry, negotiable based on experience and interview

Key Responsibilities
Independently set up and operate CNC Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC).
Select tools, load tooling systems, set offsets, and perform basic 2D programming and program editing.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, job cards, and GD&T; symbols.
Conduct first-piece and in-process quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.




Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues.
Follow 5S practices and shop-floor safety protocols.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to maintain smooth workflow.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience operating and setting CNC HMC machines.
Robust knowledge of tool selection, offset setting, and program editing.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances/GD&T.;
Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.
Commitment to 5S methodology and safety standards.
