Hiring: HR Generalist – HR Operations & Payroll

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist – HR Operations & Payroll to manage and drive day-to-day HR operations with solid ownership of payroll, attendance, employee lifecycle and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR Operations including joining, onboarding, employee documentation, transfers, confirmations, exits and Full & Final settlement.
Handle monthly payroll processing, including attendance inputs, salary changes, deductions, incentives/variables, LOP and payroll validation.
Manage PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity and other statutory compliance in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain accurate employee master data, personnel files and HR records.
Manage attendance, leave, regularization and shift-related HR processes.
Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for payroll inputs, reconciliations and timely salary processing.
Prepare HR MIS and regular reports related to headcount, payroll, attendance, attrition and employee movements.
Support performance management, employee engagement and HR policy implementation.




Handle employee queries and ensure timely resolution of HR-related matters.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
Support HR audits, inspections and documentation requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams and plant/factory stakeholders for smooth HR operations.

What We’re Looking For
3–6 years of hands-on experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations / Payroll.
Strong practical knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Experience with attendance and HRMS/payroll systems.
Good understanding of PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity and applicable labour laws.
Strong Excel/MIS skills and attention to detail.
Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR operations.
Positive communication, coordination and employee-handling skills.
Experience in manufacturing / plant / factory environment will be preferred.

Key Requirement
