Job Summary:
The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and assigned sections as per the brand standards. The role ensures a comfortable and pleasant stay experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and service assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors as per standard operating procedures.
Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest supplies.
Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and sanitize surfaces regularly.
Ensure proper usage and handling of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Report maintenance issues or damages in rooms/public areas to the supervisor.
Maintain housekeeping carts, linen rooms, and storage areas in an organized manner.
Follow lost & found procedures as per company policy.
Adhere to health, safety,
and hygiene standards at all times.
Assist in deep cleaning and special cleaning projects when required.
Provide courteous and skilled service to guests at all times.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Basic knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning standards.

Physical stamina and ability to handle manual tasks.

Time management skills.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10th / 12th Pass.
Certification or Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred but not mandatory).
Prior experience in housekeeping (0–2 years preferred).
Working Conditions:
Rotational shifts.
Weekends and holidays may be required.
