Troubleshoot Agent and Tivoli Application Down

Need to create and edit Situation

Positive experience on Tivoli agent upgrade.

Collaborating with various Teams Service Desk Teams on troubleshooting the Agent level issues

Manage all BAU service request and Incidents that comes to the team’s queue.

Documentation of migrations/upgrades done and new changes.

Assist various other project teams wherever necessary.
