Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection activities.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Coordinate attendance, leave and payroll-related activities.
Support employee confirmation and performance appraisal processes.
Handle employee grievances and day-to-day HR queries.
Conduct exit interviews and support employee retention initiatives.
Prepare HR letters such as offer, appointment, confirmation and warning letters.
Coordinate statutory compliance activities including PF, ESI and labour-law requirements.
Support HR policies, procedures and employee engagement activities.
Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain accurate HR documentation.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and recruitment requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
