We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR activities, recruitment coordination, employee documentation, and supporting the overall HR operations of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Coordinate employee joining, onboarding, and documentation.
Maintain and update employee records and HR files.
Handle day-to-day HR and employee-related activities.
Coordinate attendance, leave records, and other HR documentation.
Support employee engagement and internal HR activities.
Assist in implementing company HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
Prepare basic HR reports and maintain proper records.
Handle other HR-related responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
Graduate/MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information responsibly.
Valuable coordination and organizational skills.
