Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced finance skilled to lead the Finance & Accounts function. The ideal candidate should have managed finance operations at a senior level, preferably as a CFO, Finance Head, or equivalent, with robust exposure to infrastructure, construction, engineering, or equipment rental businesses.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the Finance & Accounts department and oversee end-to-end accounting operations.
Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.
Manage project accounting, contract accounting, and cost control for infrastructure projects.
Oversee cash flow management, treasury operations, banking relationships, and working capital.
Lead internal, statutory, tax, and compliance audits.




Develop financial policies, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.
Present financial performance reports and strategic insights to senior management.
Mentor and develop the finance team while driving process improvements.

Required Skills
Robust leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
Expertise in financial reporting, taxation, auditing, and compliance.
Experience with ERP systems, Tally, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, planning, and decision-making skills.
Prior experience in infrastructure, EPC, construction, manufacturing, or equipment rental industries is preferred.
