Here are the key duties and responsibilities of a Housekeeping Field Officer point wise:
Supervise and inspect housekeeping staff performance across assigned areas on a daily basis.
Conduct regular field inspections to check the quality of cleaning and maintain staff as per site requirement.
Train, guide, and monitor housekeeping attendants and supervisors on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
Address client complaints related to housekeeping and ensure prompt resolution.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on staff attendance, work allocation, and area-wise inspection findings.
Ensure staff attendance and rendom check of sites.
Coordinate with maintenance/engineering teams for repair and upkeep of facilities identified during inspections.
Ensure all staff at sites are on duty .
Ensure timely joining of staff and ID card issue on time.
Staff Wear proper uniform during work .
Reduce esclation of sites.
Coordinate with Operation head for current business and site stability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
