What You’ll Do
Lead & Innovate: Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimisation of high-volume email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
Customer Journey Architect: Design and manage sophisticated customer journeys, automation workflows, and lifecycle communications that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
Personalisation Champion: Develop advanced audience segmentation and dynamic content strategies for highly targeted, personalized campaigns.
Collaborate Globally: Work closely with UK and India-based marketing, creative, CRM, and analytics teams to deliver engaging, on-brand communications.
Data-Driven Decision Maker: Monitor and analyse campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions,



deliverability, etc.), conduct A/B testing, and leverage insights to continuously improve results.
Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all campaigns are mobile-optimised, compliant with global email marketing regulations, and uphold best-in-class standards for deliverability and database hygiene.
Reporting & Insights: Build dashboards and performance reports to identify trends and actionable insights for ongoing optimisation.

What We’re Looking For
10–15 years of hands-on experience in Email Marketing, CRM, or Lifecycle Marketing, ideally in ecommerce.
Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio Automation Studio, Email Studio, Audience Builder, segmentation).
Solid track record managing high-volume, data-driven campaigns and customer lifecycle strategies.
Experience with AMPscript, dynamic content personalization, and CRM integrations is a plus.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications preferred.
MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related postgraduate degree.
