Afra Engineers is looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager with around 4 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and coordination with external agencies and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete recruitment and selection processes.
Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates for various positions.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and HR records.
Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns professionally.
Coordinate payroll inputs, incentives, and other employee-related matters.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
Coordinate with external consultants, agencies, government offices, and other external stakeholders when required.
Maintain proper employee records and HR documentation.
Organize employee engagement and training activities.
Monitor employee performance and support performance management processes.
Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to management.
Support management in disciplinary and grievance-related matters.




Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and staffing.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in HR management or HR operations.
Valuable knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to handle multiple HR activities independently.
Positive coordination and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of applicable labour laws and statutory requirements is preferred.
Malayalam and English communication skills preferred.
