About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused HR professional to join Auctor Media and help us build and support our growing team.

This role will primarily focus on recruitment and talent acquisition, along with day-to-day HR coordination and employee-related activities.

What You'll Do
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and other relevant channels.
Screen profiles and coordinate interviews and hiring processes.
Maintain candidate pipelines and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate joining formalities and basic onboarding activities.
Support day-to-day HR and employee-related tasks.
Help with employer branding and improving our hiring presence.
Stay updated with hiring trends, social media, and the digital creator ecosystem.

What We're Looking For
1+ year of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable interacting with candidates and building professional relationships.
Organised, proactive, and willing to take ownership.




Comfortable working in a startup and rapid-moving environment.
Basic understanding of social media and digital platforms.

A Little About the Role Auctor Media is a media and digital-first company, so our team is closely connected with our digital presence. From time to time, you may also be involved in team, hiring, workplace, or employer-branding content.

You don't need to be a content creator or video qualified. We simply value people who are comfortable with digital platforms and willing to participate when required.
