Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the complete housekeeping operations of the hotel.
Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, corridors, washrooms, banquet areas, and back-of-house areas are clean and well maintained.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to maintain hotel standards.
Manage housekeeping staff, duty rosters, attendance, grooming, and daily work allocation.
Train and motivate housekeeping team members to maintain professional service standards.
Coordinate closely with Front Office regarding room status, check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests.
Maintain proper inventory and control of linen, amenities, cleaning chemicals, and housekeeping supplies.
Monitor housekeeping expenses and minimize unnecessary wastage.
Ensure proper handling of guest belongings and lost & found procedures.
Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, pest-control coordination, and workplace safety.
Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain housekeeping checklists, inspection reports, inventory records, and other required documentation.




Coordinate with Maintenance for room defects and maintenance requirements.
Ensure housekeeping operations are ready for banquets, weddings, and other events.
Maintain discipline, grooming, punctuality, and SOP compliance within the department.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory/managerial position.
Experience in a hotel with rooms and banquet operations will be preferred.
Solid knowledge of housekeeping SOPs, room cleaning standards, linen management, and inventory control.
Positive leadership and team-management skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced hotel environment.
Candidates with experience in 3-star/4-star hotels will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
