Recruit shop floor operators, CNC machinists, quality control inspectors, and engineers.
Manage high-turnover blue-collar roles by building local talent pipelines and technical school partnerships.
Industrial Relations (IR) and Union Management
Maintain harmonious relations between plant leadership and floor workers.
Negotiate wage agreements and settlements with labor unions (where applicable).
Handle worker grievances, conduct domestic enquiries, and resolve disputes swiftly to prevent line stoppages.
Health, Safety, and Compliance (EHS)
Ensure strict adherence to factory acts, labor laws, and occupational safety regulations.
Coordinate regular safety training for heavy machinery handling and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
Maintain audit readiness for worker welfare, shift timings, and environmental health standards.
Training, Skill Development, and Transition




Design upskilling programs for workers as manufacturing technology and automation evolve.
Onboard recent factory staff with rigorous plant-floor safety inductions.
Track multi-skilling initiatives so machine operators can run alternative assembly lines.
Compensation, Shifts, and Payroll Operations
Oversee wage administration, incentive schemes, and production-linked bonus structures.
Manage complex shift scheduling, overtime calculations, and attendance tracking.
Administer statutory perks (such as provident fund, medical insurance, and worker compensation).
Performance Management and Retention
Evaluate floor productivity and set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for shift supervisors and technicians.
Implement retention strategies to curb attrition on the assembly line.
Conduct structured exit interviews to analyze root causes of turnover and improve shop floor morale

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
