We are looking for an experienced and result-driven HR Manager to head our HR, Talent Acquisition, and Factory HR Operations at Cloudology Kitchenlabs Private Limited. The ideal candidate will bring robust expertise in managing end-to-end HR functions within a manufacturing/production setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
Manage factory HR operations ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain the right talent across departments
Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems
Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary processes
Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
Ensure timely statutory compliance - PF, ESI, labor audits, etc.





Requirements: Field Details Experience Minimum 10+ years (Experienced Only) Industry Manufacturing Production Minimum Education Post Graduate

Compensation Benefits:
Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 per month
Pay Type: Fixed Only
