Dust, polish, and sanitize all furniture, electronics, picture frames, and fixtures.
Vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop hard floors.
Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including marble surfaces, bathtubs, glass showers, and tiles.
Restock luxury bath and body products, plush towels, and branded robes.
Replenish minibar snacks, beverages, and coffee/tea stations according to exact placement rules.
Restock room stationery, collateral, and technology docking accessories.
Maintain an organized, fully stocked cleaning cart and supply caddy throughout the shift.
Greet passing guests warmly and respond politely to any immediate requests for extra pillows, towels, or room items.




Execute accurate evening turndown services when scheduled.
Handle guest queries or complaints with qualified body language and tact.
Log and send any lost-and-found items to the security desk immediately.
Maintenance and Safety Oversight
Inspect room hardware, lights, plumbing, and electronics, reporting any broken items to maintenance.
Follow strict safety, hygiene, and chemical handling guidelines.
Secure guest floors, safeguard master keys, and respect guest privacy at all times.
