Qualification: MBA – Human Resources

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee relations
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
Ensure effective HR policies and processes
Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation
Support performance management and employee development
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations

Candidate Profile
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proactive, effective, and capable of handling responsibilities independently
Experience in the construction or related industry will be an advantage

Immediate Joiners Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
