We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of HR practices, and the ability to manage employee-related activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing and screening candidates.
Coordinate interviews and assist in the onboarding of recent employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Handle attendance, leave, and employee-related queries.
Assist with payroll coordination and HR administrative activities.
Support employee engagement and company policies.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Prepare HR reports and maintain records using MS Excel.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Solid organizational and time-management skills.
Problem-solving and team collaboration abilities.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
