Job Summary

Role Overview

HR/IR leadership role for the Advanced Material Division in a plant-based environment

Responsible for driving employee relations, compliance, and people process execution in alignment with business needs

Partners with plant leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure effective HR support, timely issue resolution, and a stable employee relations climate

Supports performance management and related people processes to strengthen workforce effectiveness

Responsibilities
Partner with plant leadership and business stakeholders to understand workforce needs and provide HR/IR support
Manage employee relations matters, including grievance handling, issue resolution, and escalation follow-through
Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements, labour laws, and internal HR policies
Stay updated on current labour codes and support implementation readiness, process alignment, and compliance adherence
Support performance management processes, including coordination, tracking, and follow-up on actions
Support employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, transfers, confirmations,



and exit processes
Coordinate with internal teams to execute HR processes smoothly and maintain process discipline
Support employee engagement, communication, and manager connect initiatives at the plant
Track HR/IR actions, maintain accurate documentation, and prepare required reports
Identify recurring employee issues and support corrective actions through data and stakeholder inputs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve employee experience and service quality

Must-Have Skills
HR/IR experience in a plant-based manufacturing environment
Solid employee relations and grievance handling capability
Knowledge of statutory compliances and labour laws
Understanding of recent labour codes and their application
Stakeholder management and plant-level coordination
HR process execution and process discipline
Performance management support
Documentation, reporting, and follow-up management

Nice-to-Have Skills
HR analytics and reporting
