To oversee all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management within a healthcare facility.Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Selection: Manage the recruitment process, including creating job postings, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and hiring qualified candidates for various hospital positions.
Employee Relations: Provide support to employees, address concerns, and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work setting.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, healthcare regulations, and hospital policies, maintaining a compliant workplace.
Performance Management: Coordinate performance appraisal processes and develop employee development plans to enhance workforce performance.
Training and Development: Organize training sessions and career development programs to ensure staff are up-to-date with the latest practices and skills.




Compensation and Benefits: Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring competitive compensation packages for hospital staff.
HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the hospital's overall business goals and objectives.

Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources - Health care
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of HR management experience in a Multi-speciality hospital.
Skills: Robust knowledge of labor legislation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proven leadership abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
