Nirmal Balbir Consultant Private Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Executive to support day-to-day HR activities, recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and general HR operations.

This role is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment and hiring activities.
Post job vacancies on job portals and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Maintain candidate and employee databases.
Prepare and maintain employee documents and HR records.
Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Collect and verify employee documents.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
Assist with employee engagement activities.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries.
Support performance review and HR administration processes.
Assist in maintaining HR policies and company procedures.
Prepare basic HR reports and recruitment updates.




Support exit formalities and employee documentation when required.

Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Positive interpersonal and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Positive organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or any relevant field.
MBA/PGDM in HR would be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with up to 1 year of HR or recruitment experience will also be considered.
