SHAZES is hiring an HR Manager to build a qualified, people-first workforce at the Jabalpur manufacturing unit.
Key responsibilities
Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee files, attendance and HR documentation.
Coordinate workforce planning for office, sales and manufacturing-support roles.
Support employee engagement, training, performance follow-up and grievance handling.
Maintain HR policies, statutory records and internal reporting.
Promote a respectful, inclusive and disciplined workplace.
What we are looking for
Valuable understanding of recruitment, HR operations and employee coordination.
Solid communication, confidentiality and documentation skills.
Manufacturing or operations HR experience is an advantage.
