Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Sachin GIDC, Surat

Job Summary:

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, training, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and social compliance audits. The role ensures a compliant, motivated, and productive workforce aligned with company policies and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
Oversee onboarding, induction, and employee engagement activities.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance management.
Administer performance appraisal processes and training programs.
Coordinate with the accounts department for payroll processing.
Ensure all documentation, policies, and practices comply with labor laws, health & safety standards,



and buyer code of conduct.
Liaise with auditors, buyers, and internal teams during audit processes and implement corrective action plans (CAPs).
Prepare HR and compliance reports for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Skills:
Valuable understanding of Indian labor laws & social compliance standards.
Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
Robust problem-solving and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
