Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot HPE ProLiant Servers.
Perform firmware upgrades, hardware replacements, and server lifecycle activities.
Monitor server health using HPE iLO and OneView.
Troubleshoot hardware, performance, connectivity, and server-related incidents.
Support VMware vSphere, Windows Server, and Linux environments.
Coordinate with OEM/vendor support teams for critical issues.
Maintain server documentation and operational procedures.
Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and data-center projects.
Identify opportunities for PowerShell/automation.
Required Skills:
Solid hands-on experience with HPE ProLiant Servers.
Working knowledge of HPE iLO & HPE OneView.
Experience in server installation, configuration, firmware upgrades, and hardware troubleshooting.
Knowledge of VMware vSphere, Windows Server & Linux.
Understanding of enterprise networking and storage fundamentals.
Experience with PowerShell/automation.
Robust troubleshooting and incident-handling skills.
Experience working with OEM/vendor support teams.
HPE Compute/Server certification is mandatory.
