Job Summary The Cluster HR Executive will support day-to-day HR operations for assigned hotel units. The role includes recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance and payroll support, HRMS updates, employee engagement, and coordination with Corporate HR to ensure smooth HR operations across the assigned hotels.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment and joining formalities for assigned hotel units.
Complete employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
Maintain employee records and update HRMS.
Verify attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
Support statutory compliance and maintain required HR records.
Assist in employee engagement and welfare activities.
Address employee queries and coordinate with Corporate HR for issue resolution.
Support performance appraisal and training activities.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and manpower updates.
Visit assigned hotels as required to support HR operations.
Perform any other HR-related duties assigned by the management.
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labour laws.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and HRMS.
Ability to coordinate with multiple hotel units.
Willingness to travel between assigned properties.
Positive organizational and time management skills.
Pay: Up to ₹33,143.80 per month
