About the Role
The role will drive sales for Heavy Electric Vehicles (Buses), focusing on STU/DTC/Roadways/fleet operators while building strong partnerships with OEMs and dealership networks across North India.

Responsibilities
Drive sales for Heavy Electric Vehicles (Buses) across North India.
Focus on fleet operators while building strong partnerships with OEMs and dealership networks.
Work closely with OEMs and dealerships to drive EV adoption.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
Lead Heavy EV Sales, Battery Swapping Solutions, OEM Partnerships, Fleet Operator Acquisition, Dealer Network Development, Regional Sales Strategy, Team Building, Vehicle Financing, Market Expansion.
Build, hire, coach and manage sales teams.
Manage relationships with Fleet Owners / Fleet Operators, Dealers and OEM networks.
Collaborate with Banks, NBFCs and Asset Financing Companies for vehicle financing.
Understand market trends, competition and customer requirements.
Leverage strong understanding of commercial vehicle market dynamics and fleet customer behaviour.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.

Required Skills
8–12 years of experience in Commercial Vehicle Sales / Business Development, specifically Buses & Trucks.
Strong experience with leading Indian Bus OEMs.
Proven sales experience across North India – Delhi NCR, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand & Chandigarh.
Strong existing relationships with Fleet Owners / Fleet Operators, Dealers and OEM networks.
Experience in B2B / Institutional / Fleet Sales within the commercial vehicle ecosystem.
Proven experience in vehicle financing,



with strong connects across Banks, NBFCs and Asset Financing Companies.
Experience developing and executing regional sales strategies and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of commercial vehicle market dynamics and fleet customer behaviour.
Experience in team building, hiring, coaching and managing sales teams.
Strong negotiation, relationship management and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work closely with OEMs and dealerships to drive EV adoption.
Strong understanding of market trends, competition and customer requirements.
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
Key requirement: Candidates should have strong Bus/Truck commercial vehicle sales experience, established fleet/OEM/dealer relationships in North India, and hands-on experience with vehicle financing through Banks/NBFCs/Asset Financing Companies.
