Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven US IT Recruiter to join our onsite recruitment team in Amritsar. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating qualified IT professionals for US-based client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Handle the end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, job portals, databases, referrals, and Boolean searches .
Review and understand technical JDs and identify suitable candidates.
Conduct initial screening to evaluate technical skills, communication, availability, location, rate, and work authorization .
Work on W2, C2C, 1099, Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time requirements.
Understand US work authorization such as USC, GC, EAD, H-1B, OPT/CPT , etc.
Work on requirements from Direct Clients, MSPs, VMS, Implementation Partners, and Staffing Vendors .
Submit qualified candidates within required timelines and client SLAs.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
Negotiate candidate rates within approved budgets.




Maintain accurate candidate information in ATS/CRM and recruitment trackers .

Required Skills
1–5 years of hands-on US IT Recruitment / US Staffing experience.
Strong knowledge of US staffing processes and recruitment lifecycle .
Good understanding of W2, C2C, 1099 and Full time hiring models .
Knowledge of US work authorization and visa categories.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn/LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals .
Strong Boolean search and candidate sourcing skills.
Good understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA, Salesforce, SAP, Cybersecurity , etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong candidate engagement, follow-up, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced US shift environment .
Preferred
Experience with MSP/VMS recruitment .
Experience working with Direct Clients / Implementation Partners / Tier-1 Vendors .
Proven track record of interviews and successful closures.
