Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate and site-level positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, consultants, and other channels.
Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage offer letters, appointment letters, joining formalities, and onboarding.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records, HR files, and HRIS/database.
Manage attendance, leave, late coming, and employee movements.
Prepare and maintain employee documentation.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leave, attendance, salary, and perks.
Coordinate employee confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Payroll & Attendance
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the payroll/accounts team.
Verify attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions,



and other payroll-related inputs.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll data.
Statutory

Compliance
Support compliance related to PF, ESIC, Skilled Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable labour laws.
Maintain statutory records and coordinate with consultants for compliance requirements.
Ensure proper employee documentation as per company policies and applicable regulations.
Employee

Engagement
Support employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
Assist in grievance handling and maintaining positive employee relations.
Conduct joining formalities and employee orientation/induction.
Support performance appraisal and employee feedback processes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
