We are urgently looking for a proactive and passionate HR Executive to support our recruitment and HR operations. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals looking to grow in a fast-paced, innovative workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level positions
Source candidates via job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks
Screen applications and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews
Coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders and hiring managers
Support offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding processes
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide timely updates on employee records
Assist in employee engagement activities and other day-to-day HR operations
Support employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and campus hiring
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and documentation requirements
Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Postgraduate preferred)
1 year relevant experience in recruitment & onboarding
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
Familiarity with ATS or recruitment tools is a plus
Robust organizational and time-management skills
High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Active on job-focused social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.)
Passionate about HR trends and startup work culture
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
