We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who wants to gain practical exposure to end-to-end HR operations and build a robust foundation in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
Assist with joining formalities, onboarding, and documentation.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal initiatives.
Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide basic employee support.
Coordinate with different departments regarding HR requirements.
Support HR in maintaining workplace discipline, policies, and processes.
Assist with exit formalities and other HR operational activities.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, B.Com, or a related field.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of HR and recruitment concepts.
Comfortable communicating with candidates and employees.
Positive organizational and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and MS Office.
Proactive attitude with willingness to learn.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information responsibly.
Candidates who can commit to the complete 6-month internship are preferred.
