HR Manager TRUE ARTIS
Location: Sector 52, Gurgaon
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end hiring across clinical and non-clinical roles.
Manage employee onboarding, induction and documentation.
Maintain attendance, leaves and payroll inputs.
Handle employee engagement, performance management and HR policies.
Address employee queries and ensure smooth HR operations.
Work closely with founders and business leaders on manpower planning.
Take ownership of multiple responsibilities as the company expands.
Candidate Profile
min 3 years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist roles.
Solid communication and people-management skills.
Hands-on, organised and comfortable working in a rapid-growing startup.
Healthcare or multi-location business experience preferred.
