We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Generate and convert sales opportunities through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Coordinate with the sales and support teams for smooth order processing.
Build solid and professional relationships with customers.
Requirements
Graduate/12th pass candidates can apply.
Freshers and candidates with 0–1 years of experience are welcome.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to achieve targets.
Hindi and basic English communication skills required.
