Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee personnel records and HR databases.
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
Coordinate employee confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit processes.
Maintain attendance, leave, and employee-related records.
Prepare HR letters, certificates, reports, and other documentation.
Support payroll activities by providing accurate attendance and employee data.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, documentation, and routine queries.
Maintain and organize physical and digital HR files.
Assist with statutory compliance and HR-related documentation as required.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.
Prepare regular HR reports and MIS as required by management.
Support recruitment activities such as interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and documentation.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.
Perform other HR administrative duties assigned by the HR Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in HR administration or HR operations.
Positive knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Solid organizational and documentation skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Basic understanding of HR policies, payroll, attendance, and employment processes.
Preferred Skills
Experience with HRMS/HRIS or payroll software.
Knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
Experience in preparing HR MIS and reports.
Valuable interpersonal and employee-handling skills.
