Role Purpose To gain practical exposure to various Human Resources functions by working closely with the

HR team and supporting day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, HRIS, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and administration.

Key Responsibilities
Gain an understanding of various HR functions by coordinating and working closely with HR team members.
Support the HR team in day-to-day HR operations, coordination, and administrative activities.
Assist in recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing through Naukri, profile screening support, interview coordination, follow-ups, and candidate documentation.
Learn and gain hands-on exposure to the HRIS, while identifying and suggesting improvements, wherever appropriate.
Support employee induction, onboarding, and joining formalities for recent employees.
Assist in preparing, updating,



and maintaining HR reports and MIS.
Support the planning and coordination of employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.
Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Admin team, as required.
Gain an understanding of statutory compliance requirements and provide necessary support to the HR team in related activities.

Solid coordination and organizational abilities
Basic understanding of HR processes
Proficiency in MS Office
Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
