Role & responsibilities
Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process from manpower requirement to candidate joining.
Coordinate with department heads to understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media and other recruitment channels.
Recruit for engineering, manufacturing, projects, production, quality, purchase, stores, design, proposals and other technical positions.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate technical and management interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Handle salary discussions and coordinate offer releases.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable engineering and manufacturing candidates.
Conduct joining formalities and support employee onboarding.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance and leave records.
Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.
Prepare recruitment and HR reports as required.





Preferred candidate profile
3+ years of experience in HR Recruitment, Technical Recruitment or HR Executive roles.
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, industrial equipment or project-based companies is preferred.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Experience recruiting engineers, supervisors and managerial positions.
Positive understanding of technical recruitment and candidate screening.
Robust communication, negotiation, follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with management and department heads.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
