Role & responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs for various departments.
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates qualifications to ensure they meet job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Assist with the creation of job descriptions and advertisements.
Use various job boards, social media, and networking channels to identify and engage potential candidates.
Maintain and update candidate database for current and future job openings.
Provide timely and relevant feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure smooth onboarding of recent hires.




Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
Robust interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to source and engage passive candidates.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of labor laws and hiring practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
