About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR qualified who can independently manage high-volume hiring as well as day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in FinTech or similar high-volume environments.
This role requires someone who understands the local talent market and workforce, can manage bulk hiring efficiently, and has a solid eye for detail across the complete employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Telesales, Sales, Operations, KYC, Collections, and other high-volume roles.
Handle bulk hiring requirements and ensure positions are closed within defined TAT.
Ensure a smooth and timely onboarding process for all new joiners.
Verify and maintain employee documentation and ensure all required records are complete.
Coordinate with relevant teams for email IDs, assets, system access, HRMS updates, and other joining formalities.
Maintain employee records and ensure timely updates throughout the employee lifecycle.
Handle employee movements, transfers, confirmations, and other HR-related documentation.
Act as the first point of contact for employees for routine HR-related queries.
Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive employee experience.
What We Are Looking For
1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in FinTech, NBFC, Telesales, BPO, DSA, or other high-volume environments.
Strong experience in bulk/high-volume hiring.
Valuable understanding of the local talent market and candidate pool.
Have experience of connecting with HR Groups, NGO's will be preferred.
